Use of this website (www.prettyposhtt.com) and the purchase of it's products constitutes your agreement with all policies and terms contained herein. This is a Trinbagonian website, therefore all prices are shown in Trinidad and Tobago Dollars (TTD). Pretty Posh owns the copyright to all of the material and content used on this website, including photographs and designs. Prices are subject to change at any time without notice. If you have bookmarked a webpage for later use, please refresh the page before placing your order to ensure payment of the current price and that the item is still available.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
Please note that we currently do NOT offer returns or refunds but we do offer exchanges or store credit (in stock items only). Before placing an order ensure to peruse the size chart and read the description to get an idea of the sizing, material and elasticity of each item. All items are thoroughly inspected before given to you, but if however, we missed a flaw or a manufacturer's defect then the item can be exchanged for the same style (once in stock) or exchanged for another product of same value. You can also receive store credit or receive a discount off the defective item. Request however is to be made within 5 days of receipt of item and items must be in same condition with ALL tags attached and invoice. PRE-ORDERING
Pre-ordering is placing an order for items that are not currently in stock and it requires a 50% down payment from the client, in order to procure the items. Down payments are to be made via online banking or bank transfer and a screenshot of proof of payment is to be sent via whatsapp to 1-868-495-3814 or emailed to payments@prettyposhtt.com. Once the deposit is received, an invoice would be issued to you and your order would now be placed.
Cancellation of orders is NOT allowed once the 50% down payment has been paid and the order placed, nor could it be exchanged for other items or services being rendered. All pre-orders made are considered as sold and final.
When items are pre-ordered, it is pre-ordered and selected directly for you. Hence we do not offer returns or refunds on pre-order items. Before going through with your order, be sure to look at the size chart and any other relevant information written in the description provided for each item, to ensure that you order the correct size and etc.
Estimated date of arrival for pre-orders is usually between 4-6 weeks (give or take). Shipment is based on the shipping schedule of the courier company and country the items are coming from. Although we could track and trace the whereabouts of our package we cannot assure you the exact date and time of its arrival due to several factors such as delays due to unforeseen events beyond our control (Technical problems of the shipping company, Natural Disasters, Customs clearing etc.) Kindly manage your expectations. If you cannot wait that long then please do not proceed with your order.
Once the products have landed and received by our team, you will then be informed via contact number, email address or any other social media platforms that you would have interacted with the company from. All orders would be packed and be scheduled for shipment.
The balance can be paid before hand via online banking / bank transfer or it can be paid upon delivery via cash, linx or credit card.
Delivery is done via an external courier company, so if you have any questions, concerns or queries about your items received, kindly contact Pretty Posh via whatsapp at 1-868-495-3814 or email prettyposhtt@gmail.com - please do not ask the drivers any questions about your order/items as they would not be privy to any information.
SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Orders are processed during the day from Monday to Saturday from 8am to 6pm. Once we've received and processed your order, you would be contacted via phone call, whatsapp message or email to arrange a date, time and location for delivery. Packages are delivered via an external courier company. An additional cost is incurred for delivery unless you opt to meet in Upper Santa Cruz, El Socorro or St Clair, where delivery is free of charge.
Payments can be made on delivery or beforehand via bank transfer/online banking.
Linx or Credit card on delivery: $25 fee nationwide (Trinidad only)
Bank transfer (paid before delivery): $25 fee nationwide (Trinidad only)
Cash on delivery is as follows for the following areas:
Urban areas: $35
Rural areas: $45
Extended areas: $55
Tobago: $55
For bank transfers, the full amount including the delivery fee is to be deposited via bank transfer or online banking. Once this done, send a picture of proof of payment via whatsapp to 1-868-495-3814 or via email to payments@prettyposhtt.com. Your item/s would then be sent to the courier company for it to be delivered to you.
Delivery usually takes between 1-4 working days and sometimes it is done on weekends.
